Training services
1.1. MCBI’s Strategy and Systems Services provides training both publicly and privately. Customers/Members may wish to attend public training events offered by MCBI at a venue to be determined by MCBI. By booking and/or attending this training customers/Members agree to the terms and conditions of training services.
1.2. The customer/Member acknowledges that the Trainers are not necessarily employees of MCBI Strategy and Systems and that MCBI Strategy and Systems may, at its sole discretion, procure the services of third parties to provide any part of or all of the Training. Preference will always be given to Accredited MCBI Facilitators.
1.3. The views and opinions of the Trainers are not necessarily the views and opinions of MCBI but we do put in place quality frameworks and influence the content to provide confidence to the customer/Members of consitency. MCBI Strategy and Systems disclaims all and accepts no liability for any acts or omissions of the Trainers, or the statements they make or information that they provide.
1.4. MCBI Strategy and Systems Services will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any individually named accredited Trainer(s) shall provide the relevant Training, but where this is not possible, MCBI Strategy and Systems reserves the right to procure the services of suitable alternative Trainer(s), provided that MCBI Strategy and Systems shall give the customer/Member notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the customer/Member the right to terminate.
Payment
2.1. All public training courses must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed or contractually bound. MCBI Strategy and Systems reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person who has not fully paid prior to attending a training course.
2.2 All bespoke training courses purchased by businesses must be paid in two installments to secure the booking. An initial 25% deposit at the time of securing the booking and the balance at the conclusion of the event.
Cancellation and refunds
3.1. MCBI Strategy and Systems will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the training shall take place on the relevant date(s) and time(s) and at the venue as agreed, but where this is not possible, MCBI Strategy and Systems reserves the right to alter the date(s), and/or time(s), provided that MCBI Strategy and Systems shall give the customer/member notice of any such change(s) as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the customer/member the right to terminate.
3.2. If the customer/member wishes to cancel any training, MCBI Strategy and Systems shall be entitled to (but without being obliged to do so and without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to MCBI apply cancellation charges. These cancellation charges will be based on the period of notice the customer/member provides to MCBI Strategy and Systems as per the following ‘Cancellation/refund charges’ table.

3.3. Cancellations will be accepted by email only. Emails are to be sent to crew@mcbi.com,au and will be time stamped.
